Q: two painless,movable ,small hard lump along my both jawline (8 years ). both side one is bigger(<1 cm) and other is (<.5cm). no other symptoms.

Hard to say: for sure without more information. Are they visible or can you just feel them. Are the in the skin or deeper. Painful, discolored? If they have been there for 8 years they are unlikely to be of any real concern but would have to get them evaluated to be sure if still concerned.

Q: ovarian cycts comes and goes the one on my left side is 5cm and the one on my right is 3 cm the left side hurts?

Ovarian cysts: Have you spoken to your GYN or MD about them? Do they hurt frequently or only once a month? Did they say this was polycystic ovarian disease? Changes in diet may help with pain. Surgery sometimes is needed. Consult with us to help decrease pain with diet choices.

Q: i have a cysts on my right side measuring 6.44.74.6 what would that be in cm i also have one on my left side 3.33.73.2?

Cms: 1 centimeter equals 0.39 inch. Therefore 6.4 cms equals approximately 2.5 inches. I hope this helps you calculate the size oh your cysts in inches.

Q: i have very hard nodes that have been enlarged for 4 weeks. us 2 wks ago said they were 1.5 cm & not pathological. they have since gotten bigger. i am wondering at one point should i go back as us cant really tell if they are benign for sure?

Increase in size: The increasing size of lymph nodes is concerning and warrants further investigation. I assume blood testing including cbc and differential cell count and mono testing have been done and are normal. I advise consulting a general surgeon for examination and advice about having a lymph node biopsy.

Could be hemorrhoid: Any entity inside your bowel; food, stool, polyp, foreign body, hemorrhoid can and will pass rectally, so yes. Occasionally a polyp will try to pass rectally, but still being attached to the wall of the colon, can not fully detach. A colonoscopy, and/or exam with your doc are the best ways to address this problem. Be well.

Could be: It depends a great deal on the cause. Since they are quite small(may even be normal), i would watch and check if they are growing in size any further. Normal: Yes that is high normal but can be normal. It might be worth while to have a repeat us to determine if that particular cyst has resolved. Remember. You make a cyst or follicle every month. 

Other causes could be your uterus, colon, bladder, muscles, hernia. Make sure your doctor is ruling out all of these causes as well.

i have a decompressed bladder. what does that mean and does it have any correlation with cysts on kidneys? i have one as big as 9 cm and several at 1.5 cm?

: To me a decompressed bladder means you needed just before the test.  Do a family tree for kidney cysts and disease. Often run together Read about polycystic kidney disease and genetic testing and discuss with team.

what do you advise if i have chronic cholecystis recently and am scheduled for surgery soon. one of my gallbladder stone is 3 cm, is it unusual for stones to be that big ?

No, not really: Sounds like you do need the operation. Gallstones can be tiny or even bigger than 3cm.  Actually, the tiny ones are more dangerous because they can pass out of the gallbladder into the common bile duct and cause jaundice.
Gallbladder removal used to require a big operation with a long scar. Now, most are done laparoscopically which is simple and safe and you are home in a day.

Biopsy: My rule of thumb for a persisting enlarged lymph node greater than 1 CM diameter, particularly if it remains nontender, is to have it biopsied. This is especially true if there is no present signs or symptoms of infectious process. However i might try a course of antibiotics such as Dicloxacillin before doing this.
