Could be hemorrhoid: Any entity inside your bowel; food, stool, polyp, foreign body, hemorrhoid can and will pass rectally, so yes. Occasionally a polyp will try to pass rectally, but still being attached to the wall of the colon, can not fully detach. A colonoscopy, and/or exam with your doc are the best ways to address this problem. Be well.
