Two painless,movable ,small hard lump along my both jawline (8 years ). both side one is bigger(<1 cm) and other is (<.5cm). no other symptoms.

Hard to say: for sure without more information. Are they visible or can you just feel them. Are the in the skin or deeper. Painful, discolored? If they have been there for 8 years they are unlikely to be of any real concern but would have to get them evaluated to be sure if still concerned.
