Cms: 1 centimeter equals 0.39 inch. Therefore 6.4 cms equals approximately 2.5 inches. I hope this helps you calculate the size oh your cysts in inches.

Already in cm or mm: Those measurements are Already likely in cm or mm. Hard to say which as u did not indicate if ovarian, renal or other. If cm they are quite large. If mm, then just move Decimal to the left one numeral to Convert to cm.
