I know this might: Sound odd - but you will actually drop your metabolic rate if you eat like a bird. Recommend making it a point to eat more adequate amounts each day - even if  you are not acutely hungry. You can eat small amounts more often. Take care.

Lifestyle: You're almost a grown man and you want lean muscle. Transforming your body is primarily about gaining muscle, not weight itself. For this, you'll need to exercise hard, either at a physically demanding job or at a gym / sports field or both. When you do this, your appetite will naturally regulate itself to give you the body you want. Plenty of lean protein, but avoid greasy / sugary / salty stuff.

Weight gain: There is no "one food" per se.  Weight is a function of calories in and calories out.  To gain weight, you have to consume more calories than you expend.

Decrease carbs: A simple diabetic eating plan is to have no more than 2 measured servings of carbohydrates (sugars, starches) per meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and no more than 1 measured servings of carbohydrates per snack (2 snacks per day).  Starches include bread, pasta, rice, and starchy vegetables e.g. potatoes, beans (other than green beans).  One serving of carbohydrate equals 15grams of carbohydrates.

Diet: Prudent approach would be to first see your General Practitioner for a complete physical exam. Dieting can place untoward stress on your body, so best to be screened first. Your Physician can then tailor a diet that fits your requirements without upsetting your equilibrium. Your Physician may also recommend the services of a Nutritionist. This approach will be more successful than going it alone.

Wait until 6 months: Babies should begin trying solid foods at 6 months, unless a baby's doctor says it is ok to start sooner.  If starting sooner, many doctors recommend just giving the rice cereal made for babies.

Good Doctor: Wow. I hope you are kidding.  Please, with all of the sincerity with which i can muster this, go see a good physician.  You need to be examined and have several blood tests to get a state of your overall health.  I would advise you with all of my experience to avoid anything given to you online until you get your examination and full  medical evaluation in person!

Swimmer build: Chances are that your natural body type is slender with the capacity to develop hard, lean muscles. Hit the gym hard, both resistance and aerobic training. Do not overheat. You will just get fat and you do not want that. As alicyclics acid wash can probably keep your mild acne at bay.
