Swimmer build: Chances are that your natural body type is slender with the capacity to develop hard, lean muscles. Hit the gym hard, both resistance and aerobic training. Do not overheat. You will just get fat and you do not want that. As alicyclics acid wash can probably keep your mild acne at bay.

Calories & protein: The addition of calorie dense foods such as nuts, whole grain pastas, raisins, whole milk, pure fruit juices, butter, avocado, and complex carbohydrates is a healthy way to add more calories to your diet. Lean proteins are also important. Good luck
