Difficult to predict: You have had a lot of physiological trauma and it is difficult for that area to recover quickly.  It is worth taking the phenazopyyridine (azo) for relief even though it will cause your urine to turn red orange.  Cover yourself for yeast as well since you have had cipro (ciprofloxacin).  Avoid being on top during sex in the future as that may cause trauma as well.  Betadine douches can be helpful.

See urologist: You may have interstitial cystitis which is not relieved by antibiotics.   If an infection is still suspected, a PCR assay for bacterial DNA would be efficient in detecting the cause for the infection. Your best bet is to consult an urologist.

Consider IC: Is the pressure you feel relieved after urinating? It's possible this could be painful bladder syndrome or interstitial cystitis, which is an inflammation of the bladder. It is often diagnosed when no other cause of your symptoms is found. You may need to see a urologist for some testing to figure out the exact diagnosis and form a treatment plan if it does not improve soon.

Yeast?: Antibiotics, including ciprofloxacin, can trigger vaginal yeast infections. Your symptoms aren't typical for yeast, but could be. If you also get itching or discharge, or if current symptoms continue a couple more days, disucss w/ doctor. She might want to examine you, or perhaps might recommend trying an over-the-counter vaginal yeast medication.

Cipro (ciprofloxacin) ok: The three day course of antibiotics can be associated with higher rates of failure.   The benefit of D-Mannose is not studied well. 
Mannose is found in many fruits and vegetables. You need to make sure that there are no ingredients in the supplement preparation that you are intolerant to. 
See your doctor again.

UTI? STD?: Without ymptoms, usually treatment would not be given until additional testing confirmed the diagnosis. Asymptomatic UTIs are not rare, and the diagnosis probably is correct. However, other things can cause similar urinalysis findings, especially STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomnonas) -- and none of these is reliably treated with ciprofloxacin. Check with doc ASAP esp. if at poss. STD risk.

i'm a healthy 43y m, suffering from urethritis and epididymitis for 2 mths now. symptoms, burning when urinating, urgency to urinate and pain in testicles & groin. std tests have returned negative. received nitrofuran, cipro & minocycline. no help?

: It is likely you have neither condition. Urethritis and epididymitis do not fit well with the symptoms you describe; they are more typical for things like interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). (Google it for more info; the Wikipedia article is good.) With no help from these antibiotics, almost certainly no bacterial infection. See a urologist if not yet done.
