Many causes: if nothing changed in daily life- no new work outs, not pregnant- then often it is mineral shortage.  Get some calcium, potassium in a system.  Get multivitamins, eat a banana, drink milk, cheese.

MD consult: Osteo-arthritis is very common with older patients. At 31, not so much. In order to understand the problem, consulting with an md who specializes in arthritis is warranted (if osteo, an orthopedist) and especially a rheumatologist (the other kind of common arthritis: rheumatoid). Heel pain: After ruling out fracture, cyst, or tumor, most heel pain is caused by a ligament in yet bottom of the foot. Try over the counter arch supports such as super feet, soft sole, etc. And antiinflammatories. If pain persist see a podiatrist, who can guide you through the process to recovery.

Inner ear: Sounds like inner ear disease. Have evaluated by your doctor and an ear, nose and throat specialist. Consider a heart work up. Sort through it and feel better.

PG/A pain in the ass: Late stage pregnancy can be a "pain in the "hip" as the engaged fetal part (head or bottom) is now putting pressure deep in the pelvis on the nerves that run to the hip. Moreover, the cartilage interconnections between the joints of the pelvic/sacral bones are "stretching" to allow facilitated childbirth at term. Try a heating pad and if "flexible" yoga moves designed for pregnant women for relief

No!: Is 22 years your true age? If so, the answer is most definitely "no." (teens are a little different.) if you are fairly certain the pains are related to your cycle, you should see a good gynecologist to help evaluate this.

i bumped my shin yesterday but not  really hard and today it hurts so bad i can barely walk. what could cause this?

Fracture: or collection of blood near the bone or in the muscle.  
Even though it didn't seem very hard, unless you are on blood thinners or know that you bleed very freely, you should probably be examined and have an x-ray.  You can apply ice intermittently and take acetaminophen (but not NSAIDs until examined) and keep the leg elevated.  If it continues to worsen or is not better by tomorrow, go to ED.

Elbow-foot pain: You seem to be describing symmetrical joint pains of hands and feet.  There are many possibilities including arthritis, autoimmune disease, and other illness that effects the joints.  You need to call your doctor to report this and get an examination to obtain a diagnosis for the cause of your problem and get treatment as necessary.

Possible: It is possible you have a radicular pain. That happens when there is inflammation in the spinal canal that causes pressure in the nerve that exits the canal at that level and causes pain. Commonly people call it 'pinched nerve'. Sciatica is a type of radicular pain. Hip pathology should also be considered.

last week i jumped on a trampoline for 15 min, ever since my thighs hurt badly, and i can barely walk up and down stairs. what could be the cause?

overuse pain: The use of muscles in your thighs during sustained trampoline use likely caused some microscopic tearing of muscle fibers.This is often not evident at the time, but the bodies response will bring out pain that often peaks around day three and does not completely subside for a week or two.Doing muscle stretches before such an event or building up time of use can decrease this effect in the future.
