MD consult: Osteo-arthritis is very common with older patients. At 31, not so much. In order to understand the problem, consulting with an md who specializes in arthritis is warranted (if osteo, an orthopedist) and especially a rheumatologist (the other kind of common arthritis: rheumatoid).
