Even though it didn't seem very hard, unless you are on blood thinners or know that you bleed very freely, you should probably be examined and have an x-ray. You can apply ice intermittently and take acetaminophen (but not NSAIDs until examined) and keep the leg elevated. If it continues to worsen or is not better by tomorrow, go to ED.
