Elbow-foot pain: You seem to be describing symmetrical joint pains of hands and feet. There are many possibilities including arthritis, autoimmune disease, and other illness that effects the joints. You need to call your doctor to report this and get an examination to obtain a diagnosis for the cause of your problem and get treatment as necessary.
