Scar: If my suggestion is right you mean scar in right lobe of lung. It's usually scar of previous lung infection like tuberculosis or pneumonia or others old problems - pleuritis, atelectasis, trauma, surgery.

Common causes include: persistent or recurrent renal infections, vesicoureteral reflux (urine going backwards into the kidney), or urinary tract obstruction. A board certified urologist or nephrologist are the best doctors to review these types of findings.

: Pulmonary function testing would let you know if your lungs are functioning normally or not and that would determine how much the scarring is affecting you. If you have normal pulmonary function testing and a normal pulse ox, then the scarring is likely minimal. You should be evaluated by a lung doctor so these tests can be done and interpreted. A lung doctor would be able to then say prognosis.

Not much to go: on here but there are discrete areas in your lungs of scar formation. Please discus further with the ordering physician or your primary care doc. This may be nothing that will ever bother you, however,I do not know anything more about your case. They do.

Someone who is hurting emotionally may cut so that the physical pain will distract them. Some cut to punish themselves. One may cut in the belief that they will let out negativity or evil. Good products compliment this process like silicone gel, occlusive dressings, steroids, etc. The problem with deep pitting is that the scar pulls the skin into a deep pit. Precise excision is usually the best option to release them.

Not usually: Scar tissue does not usually retain much pigment producing cells, but occasionally some survive and are within the scar mass itself. When they produce pigment like the rest of your skin, it may appear like freckles. Some scars are 'hyperpigmented' meaning have blotchy pigment colors retains permanently. Reason for scarring is often a factor.
