i was told i have 3 hemorrhagic cysts and a possible 4th one. the measurements are: 3.4  4  4.4cm, 1.3  3.2  1.7cm, 2.3  5.2  5.3cm with addition complex mild/moderate fluid in the cul-de-sac. what does this mean? i am hurting and worried.

The anterior cul-de-sac is the space between your bladder and your uterus, the posterior cul-de-sac is the space between your uterus and your rectum. Talk to the doctor who orders the test for more information.

Free fluid: Free fluid in the cul-de-sac means there is fluid posterior to the uterus in a small space between the uterus and the rectum, and not in a specific structure like a cyst. There is normally a very small amount of fluid present which is not usually seen with MRI. Fluid can accumulate from many causes, and can be seen intermittently due to your menstrual cycle or indicate inflammation in the pelvis.

i just had an ultrasound done (iud placement) and it said i had free fluid in the cul-de-sac, uneven walls. cyst on both ovaries and debris?? what does this mean?

: If the IUD was in the appropriate place, the "free fluid" may be related to the rupture of an ovarian cyst, leaving some "debris" which was shown on the U/S.

Fluid on U/S scan: If you are not on oral contraceptives, when ovulation occurs, fluid from the ruptured follicle from which the egg escapes will accumulate to some degree in the most dependent portion of the abdomen, the "cul-de-sac", and such is seen by a good ultrasound tech.  It is of no real concern.

Not related: Free fluid in the cul-de-sac does not relate to what is going on in the uterus.  See your doctor for a lab pregnancy test if things remain unclear after your ultrasound.

Depends: The endometrial thickness has limited use in premenopausal women as it will fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle. The appearance is more important. Ask your doctor to interpret the sonogram in the clinical context of your unique situation to better understand if this is a normal sonogram or not.

No: Trace fluid in the cul de sac is a common, normal finding. You have a delayed period, however, you could repeat the pregnancy test in  a week if still no period

Probably nothing: The area you describe lies between the rectum and the bladder. A urologist is really the one to ask but it is at the lowest potion of the peritoneum. perhaps a few mililiters of fluid would naturally occur there.

Usually nothing: This is a very common finding on almost every ultrasound or ct scan of a menstrating female i order. I sometimes think the radiologists automatically put this in their reports . It means nothing clinically and you should not be worried about it.
