Usually nothing: This is a very common finding on almost every ultrasound or ct scan of a menstrating female i order. I sometimes think the radiologists automatically put this in their reports . It means nothing clinically and you should not be worried about it.

Fluid: There are many potential causes of fluid here. Most commonly, as an isolated finding, this is incidental and of no concern. Since there are pathologic conditions that could result in free fluid, speak with your doctor about what it means in your particular clinical situation
