Would a chest x-ray show lymphoma in the chest area??

It may or may not. More likely it will not. It is very important to obtain a detailed and long history and physical to evaluate, by an experienced MD.  An isolated CXR is almost meaningless in context! Some experts have recently talked about yearly total body MRI. But unprovent AND DOES NOT REPLACE AN EXAM by an experienced doc, as opposed to a hospital employed money sucker.

Not sure what "great cancer" is.....Most of them are lousy!
chest xray might show cancer in the lungs or chest. It might show tumors, fluid or swollen glands. By itself does not prove cancer.. Often chest xray can miss a cancer that is hiding in there. Usually need cat scan to get a better picture.

It all depends on the type of cancer in your spine and its stage of growth.
Some cancers  eat-up the bone and others build on the existing bone. 
Best recommendation would be to have a doctor order the test that will best diagnose your disease.

A chest xray can be very helpful to find a cause for chest pain, such as pneumonia or rib fracture. Depending on how long it has been going on, where the pain is located and what other symptoms are there (cough, trauma, etc.) your doctor can decide what other studies might be needed. Sometimes a very sensitive xray called a ct (or cat) scan is needed to sort out in detail what's wrong.

The classic finding on a smoker's chest film is increased lung volume, which in turn is caused by breakdown of lung tissue. The diameter of the chest is increaed, which is best seen on a view from the side, and the diaphragm is pushed down and flattened. Often, one can actually see holes in the lungs called bullae.

Peritonitis is inflammation of the abdominal lining.  Pericarditis is the inflammation of your heart sac and can be accompanied by pericardial effusion that can be seen as heart enlargement on a chest x-ray.

Yes it can, it depends on what the lesions are from.Radiologist can not make such a mistake.A clear lung on chest xray can not be nd same is tru about multiple lesions which develop within a month.You have to follow up this with your doctor to find out what is the cause of these multiple lesions in lung
it may be due to infection or some kind of tumors.It definitely needs to be investigated furthe.

You need abdominal studies like soon , ct etc even in late stages rarely metastasizes to lung to be seen by a chest x ray.
