No: You need abdominal studies like soon , ct etc even in late stages rarely metastasizes to lung to be seen by a chest x ray.

No: A ct scan, MRI or eus (endoscopic ultrasound) are the best ways to diagnosis pancreatic cancer. A chest x-ray will not show this.

For a month had upper left abd pain just below left chest. Sometimes lower left abd pain sometimes upper left back pain. Occasional gas esp after eating. Floating stool. Took blood test came back normal. Very scared of pancreatic cancer at 22.
