See below: Fiberoids, even fast growing are rarely cancerous. The growth rate could be monitored by estimating the size of the fiborid by imaging, such as ultrasound.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Only if problematic.: Fibroids are a problem if they are causing  pain and/or bleeding. If either of those are an overwhelming problem then a myomectomy might be the best option. The surgical procedure, called a myomectomy,  removes the muscular knot. You will likely get fibroids again but there is no guarantee either way. Other options are hormonal therapy, endometrial ablation and hysterectomy.

Fibroids: Yes, but size and location are critical in succeeding in what's called a myomectomy. The current method is "on hold" as the FDA is reviewing the method of removing the tumor(s) from the abdomen in a laparoscopic method.

Hard to say: The ability to preserve reproductive ability after fibroid surgery depends on size and location. Your question lists yours as 9M, which most would interpret as about 27 feet in size, which I doubt; if it is 9MM, which is relatively tiny.I would think removal could be done, but would be un-necessary and this likely has no effect on your fertility.Talk it over with your docs.

Need a urologist: Your bladder shouldn't have pinpoint bleeding. I'm not sure what that means, but a urologist is the specialist you need to see to investigate and treat you for this bleeding.

URI?: I am not sure what your question is. If you continue to have cycles lasting longer than 7 days, the bleeding may well be from the fibroids. Consultations with an ob/gyn and an interventional radiologist with expertise in uterine embolization may help you find some answers.

Leiomyomas : Leiomyomas of the uterus (fibroids) sometimes shrink after menopause, but some women have them actually enlarge.  It sounds like yours are very large which concerns me.  I would recommend following your doctors advice, or at least obtaining a second opinion, because it sounds like your doctor is concerned they may compress your ureters which could cause kidney damage.  Please be re-evaluated or at least seek a second opinion as I am concerned by that.

Hysterectomy: Uterine fibroids are frequently treated with a hysterectomy.  Other treatments are Uterine Artery Embolization; Focused ultrasound; myomectomy; and in selected cases, Hysteroscopic resection of fibroids.   Best wishes!
