Osteoporosis: No those items are not bad for your bones.
You are still young to have osteoporosis. If you have it, are you being treated for osteoporosis?  I don't see any osteoporosis meds on your medication list!

Indian gooseberry: Don't spend too much money on stuff like "Indian gooseberry" for which there's no scientific evidence of a health benefit, only the word of some "ancient religious writings". Your A1c reflects your glucose integrated over time and is unlikely to change much with a 10 mg/dL drop in glucose. I'm glad you're health conscious &amp; perhaps your control will improve through getting even more physically fit

: CBD typically is not mixed with THC and does not have the psychotropic effects of marijuana.  Since made from hemp, there is a risk of fertilizer or toxin exposure in some preparations and care is needed in selecting a pure product.  There is some evidence of benefit for anxiety, and pain, and in some cases, may enhance sleep.  Rigorous studies are yet to be completed, &amp; correct dosing  is unclear

Sugar not good but..: I can't recommend sugar as it's basically a form of poison, but black tea &amp; lemon are good for health. Green tea is even better.You can sweeten it with a small amount of honey or use xylitol.
