I read of many health benefits taking water with lemon juice and a spoon of apple cider vinegar before meal. but is this bad for bones (osteoporosis)?

Osteoporosis: No those items are not bad for your bones. You are still young to have osteoporosis. If you have it, are you being treated for osteoporosis? I don't see any osteoporosis meds on your medication list!
