: No. If you are doing weightlifting using good form is very important to prevent injury. However a short duration of lifting with poor form will not cause curvature of the spine. Make sure to use good form and manageable Weights with any exercise.

No: There is no reason to believe you can't weight train.  Obviously if it hurts when you do it then make sure you have proper guidance for lifting.

Not at age 25: Compression fractures occur most commonly in post menopausal women with osteoporosis.  Weight lifting increases bone strength it does not reduce it.  In the absence of some rare disease or genetic problem that may weaken bones a compression fracture is highly unlikely.

Depends: There are many studies that report improvement in back pain with weight training, as well as improving overall health. Loss of Height: Loss of height is a natural part of aging, and some people start losing height as early as age 30. It is not uncommon for people to lose 1/4" of height every decade after age 40.  Men generally have more muscle mass and lose bone more slowly than women, and therefore do not lose height as rapidly.  Loss of height of 1" at 25 is highly unusual, and should be investigated by your physician.

i hurt my ligament spine while i was weightlifting 3 months ago. my neck was totally immobile at first but now i can move without pain. so in 3 months i have improved alot but still i have fear that it will happen again. should i continue my workouts?

: Do not resume on your own as you will likely re-injure yourself.  Instead, find a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, or a physical therapist to design a safe and appropriate program to fit your specific bodily characteristics.

Rest/Ice/Press/Elev8: You may have an injury to the biceps tendon if performing bicep curls. Pushing it may lead to an all out rupture. Take some time to rest the muscle. Minimize inflammation and swelling with ice and compression and elevation. Anti-inflammatory medications may help as well. Consider seeing a physician or therapist if the pain persists.

Compression Fracture: First it depends on the extent of the injury.  Was it traumatic? Iif a small anterior single column traumatic compression fracture 4-6 weeks of healing are required.  Biking, running, and lifting should be progressively reintroduced at that time.  Should avoid repetitive flexion based activity such as dead lifts.  Proper posture will be key to future weight lifting to avoid pain and/or reinjury.

Maybe but be careful: You can make things worse. Start with stretching exercises first, especially your hamstrings. If not improving see your doc.

Give it time as most: Resolve even if due to a disc herniation.  Modify activites to reduce stresses on your lower back, keep trim, don't smoke but continue with exercise but more with flexibility, cardiovascular routines and core strenghtening while laying off the weight lifting until the pain has resolved.  Over the counter medication can help if no contraindications as can local therapies like heat and massage.
