Not at age 25: Compression fractures occur most commonly in post menopausal women with osteoporosis. Weight lifting increases bone strength it does not reduce it. In the absence of some rare disease or genetic problem that may weaken bones a compression fracture is highly unlikely.

History: Compression fx usually follow a traumatic incident . Spontaneous fx rare in your age group. Xrays could help figure it out.
