Have lots of pain on elbow from weight lifting. hurts very bad when i do curls. will wearing a compression device help?

Rest/Ice/Press/Elev8: You may have an injury to the biceps tendon if performing bicep curls. Pushing it may lead to an all out rupture. Take some time to rest the muscle. Minimize inflammation and swelling with ice and compression and elevation. Anti-inflammatory medications may help as well. Consider seeing a physician or therapist if the pain persists.
