NO: Moles are not out side the skin , vit e and other creams may clean if they are on outer surface of skin , but will not remove , some moles may become malignant melanomas  , get it checked , and remove suspicious lesions.

Ask ordering Dr: Every laboratory has a range of normal for each test. When a test result is outside the “normal” range it is not always a problem, but if you are taking vitamin A supplements you probably need to speak to your Dr about how to decrease the amount. Too much vitamin A can be a problem just as too little can be.  
   I honestly have NEVER ordered a vitamin A level in 30 plus years of practice -ask Dr

There are many studi: At one time vitamin e was felt to be a useful vitamin due to its antioxident effects. But recent studies have not shown it to be of any value...So it can be safely left out. Vitamin c has somewhat more favorable reports of its benefits in wound healing, gum health and as a preventive medicine against common colds but not everyone is convinced about its benefits, .So it is also somewhat debated item.

Can be toxic: Fat soluble vitamins can be toxic when overdosed.  That includes a, e, d, and k.  Vit a overdose can cause problems with skin, hair, bones, liver function, and blood pressure in the brain.  Hair can fall out, headaches can occur, and if pregnant, vit a toxicity can case birth defects in the infant.  Be very carefully with all fat soluble vitamins.  If you have concerns about your levels, see a dr.

This generally comes from taking 50, 000 units a day for months at a time and is reversible upon stopping. There are no problems from excess beta carotene except yellow skin.

Acute overdose will cause  blurred & double vision, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness & increased intracranial pressure, a dangerous elevation of the brain fluid pressure causing headaches, seizures and even death.  Chronic overdose leads to skin cracking, hair loss, light sensitivity, and optic nerve damage from pseudo-tumor.
