There are many studi: At one time vitamin e was felt to be a useful vitamin due to its antioxident effects. But recent studies have not shown it to be of any value...So it can be safely left out. Vitamin c has somewhat more favorable reports of its benefits in wound healing, gum health and as a preventive medicine against common colds but not everyone is convinced about its benefits, .So it is also somewhat debated item.
