im in my 30s cause of weight i have some veins on leg but i notice what look like blue veins it they are round and its making me worry its something bad. what is this?

my veins on my legs and feet have become much more visible than i've seen them. is this normal? i have gained some weight could this be why?

Multiple reasons: Veins return blood back to the heart and  can carry a large volume of blood.  Depending on many factors including levels of hydration,  genetics, outside temperature and even physical activity, the size of the veins will vary.  Another important function of the veins is to help control body temperature and this too will affect vein size.  Bulging veins, however, are not normal. See a vein specialist.

i have recently realized that on my left leg there is a vein that pops out when i put weight on my leg. i had completely forgotten about it for weeks till yesterday when my leg started pinching slightly. should i be worried if i am joining the army?

Prominent vein: A prominent lower leg vein on weight bearing isn't necessarily a problem but could indicate an inadequate valve in that vein. Do you have a family history of varicose veins? Pain, tenderness,and leg swelling would be worrisome signs of phlebitis and you don't have any of these symptoms.

will varicose veins in my legs go away at all if i lose weight?

Possibly improve: Because varicose veins swell with pressure, losing weight will help them possibly be less prominant.  However, they are also due to damaged valves in the veins, and once those are damaged they  cannot be repaired.  However, there are many treatments for this - see your doctor for a recommendation to a vein specialist.

Yes, : Yes, you are very young  to have spider veins. Spider veins typically present in people between ages 18-35, peaking after the age of 50.
Risk factors that precipitate spider veins include being a woman, genetics and heredity, also if you take birth control pills, lead an inactive lifestyle, are on your feet alot, or wear high heels often you increase your risk.
Things you can do to reduce your risk factors are staying active, keep your legs elevated when at rest, wear compression stockings, mainatin a healthy weight and move your legs whenever possible.

Varicose veins: These aren't dangerous but can become painful if the thrombose (develop clots inside).  Weight loss could potentially help.  If aestheticly unpleasing or painful, you can see a plastic or vascular surgeon.

Fluid and blood pool: Varicose veins can cause pain when we are still due to pooling of fluid in veins and tissue. Elevation helps but takes time. It does not prevent occurrence of symptoms long term. Compression stockings can be real helpful on day to day basis to prevent pooling. Eventually may need vein ablation after a proper evaluation. i am on xarelto for dvt in leg i had. can i do weight training (bodybuilding) while on this medication. was told the "pumps" we get can be dangerous. ?
