Do you mean Bikram?: I've never heard of "bork am" but many of my patients are big fans of Bikram yoga, one of many varieties of hatha yoga.Bikram yoga consists of 26 specific postures (asanas), but what distinguishes it is that it is done in a studio heated to at least 105 degrees.It is easier to stretch when your body is heated & people sweat more to detoxify. Many yoga styles: There are at least 8 basic types of yoga.  Hatha is often a gentle intro to basic yoga postures.  Iyengar pays very meticulous attention to correct alignment using props ; blankets, etc. Restorative is very calming, vinyasa or "flow" is much more active with one pose moving into another. Yoga ; kids: Yoga can start kids early in improving balance, strength, and flexibility.  They can learn to calm their stress in a hurry-up world.  Kids naturally love to move, and love to play.  It's helpful for them to have a non-competitive way to move their bodies, especially for kids who are shy or who feel physically awkward.  There are parent-child yoga classes which increase parent-child bonding too.

Lots: It's hard to say. I don't know anyone who has ever had regrets for doing yoga everyday. Yoga can change a lot in you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It does depend on how you practice and what you want out of it. The benefits can be enormous if you do it sensitively. Good luck.
