Why B12?: Often worth a try. Oral or sublingual daily B12 1000mcg is just as effective as injections. Are you B12 deficient? If so, what is the cause? What caused the neuropathy?

Maybe you moved : Your back in a way that impinges the nerves. Those nerves in the lower back affect the lower extremity. This is especially true if you have any lower back issues.

Not enough  info: There are many causes of tingling in feet. It is generally due to nerve irritation of some kind. If this is first time you are having this issue it could be due to prolonged walking in poorly fitting shoes. If it is recurrent problem then it could be form nreve irritation in your back  or disc herniation. other reason can be peripheral neuropathy due to complication of Diabetes or other diseases.

You : You need to go back and be re-evaluated in the er based on your symptoms.  If you had hypokalemia (low potassium), and now are dehydrated, have diarrhea, can't eat, have photophobia (light sensitivity) and stomach pain, then you need to go back to the er.

Tingling in feet: The most common causes are diabetes and spinal stenosis which is a compression of the spinal nerves. There are other causes as well. Start with a podiatrist or neurologist for diagnosis.

Neuropathy: Unless you have had this condition for a long time, the condition is probably not genetic. A neuropathy can occur without tingling, especially early in its course. Nerve conduction studies can confirm or exclude that possibility. Arterial disease can also cause similar symptoms but there would likely be pallor & coldness of the limb. Blood vessel ultrasound can document this is present.

Perhaps a thyroid   : Issues could be due to hashimoto's or even the treatment for the thyroid.  But maybe the warm water from the shower is uncovering some underlying demyelinated nerves and exacerbating underlying problems.  Hard to say you do or do not have ms based on above, so see your doctor and decide if worthwhile to have a neurologist get involved.

Sounds like FM: ANA is often "positive" but not clinically useful until it gets to positivity at 1:320 or 1::640 level. Diagnosis of lupus would have to have a compatible clinical syndrome first and supporting labs tests second.  Your symptoms sound more typical of fm than sle.
