Tingling in feet: The most common causes are diabetes and spinal stenosis which is a compression of the spinal nerves. There are other causes as well. Start with a podiatrist or neurologist for diagnosis.

Neuropathy: This may be due to a compressed nerve in your back or secondary to a disease process like diabetes. Your internist should be able to narrow down the cause thru bloodwork, emg/ncv testing.
