Sounds like FM: ANA is often "positive" but not clinically useful until it gets to positivity at 1:320 or 1::640 level. Diagnosis of lupus would have to have a compatible clinical syndrome first and supporting labs tests second. Your symptoms sound more typical of fm than sle.
