Renova (tretinoin): Two weeks is a good amount of time.  I usually recommend between one and two weeks prior to intense sun exposure. For moderate sun exposure, one does not need to stop the Retin-A at all, just use proper sun protection and avoid the sun in peak hours. Given that it will be difficult to avoid intense sun exposure on your trip, your plan to use sun protective clothing, eyewear and sunscreens.

See below: You may consult this site for home remedies. You may need to try more than one treatment. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

As long as your doc: says you are fit to do PE don't worry.  The normal response to exercise is tearing of muscle fibers and their regrowth, which builds muscle.  We also produce lactic acid when we exercise which can burn.  Make sure to cool down after PE or walk briskly for about 10 minutes after school to pump out lactic acid.  Lots of water too.  Overall, you will be healthier in mind &amp; body.Peace and good health.

Absolutely: Using stimulants in people with Bipolar Disorder requires extra care and monitoring. Sudden changes starting or stopping can make moods swing wildly in either direction. This is one group of patients that should continue meds or if want a break in summer, wean off over a week or two and only if on a mood stabilizing medication.

The most common...: Cause is something called polymorphous light eruption (pmle), and it is basically your skin reacting to light in the ultraviolet and visible spectrums for unknown reasons. Other things can cause rashes in sun-exposed areas, such as certain medications, and a disease called lupus. If the problem is significant, see a dermatologist, particularly if you have other symptoms like sore joints.

Contact allergy?: Itchy, fluid-filled bumps are classically seen in contact dermatitis. A common example would be poison ivy. Many chemicals can cause this reaction, even those in sunscreen. The sun itself can cause different kinds of rashes, but would rarely cause the symptoms you describe. See a dermatologist or allergist about your rash, and take a picture of it in case it goes away before your appointment.

Nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, headache, facial pains and earache can be triggered by fragrances, dust mites, grass, trees, pets, environmental molds and such.  There are outdoor and indoor allergens.  See a doctor soon, here or locally, as there are medications that may help.  You may also benefit from allergy testing to identify your triggers.

ADD meds: It has been suggested but this just leaves the child unmediated when the schedule is now more hectic and there is less supervision and the support when the meds wear off. It might be time to allow to have longer day med than during school year even, due to more chaotic schedule especially in sleep away like experiences

Heat rash: Heat rash is a normal rash that occurs in infants and children when they are overheated and sweaty. Most likely your child is too hot at night.   Avoid nylon or polyester sleepwear, cotton is best.   Apply cornstarch baby powder at bedtime to prevent the rash from occurring. Also use lightweight, cotton bedding only. it is safe to use Hydrocortisone cream 1-2 x/day on the rash to ease the itching.
