I have permanent post nasal drip throughout the year (summer is my only break but i still have some phlegm sometimes). dairy aggravated it so i cut it out in feb but was still sick the entire winter with upper resp infections. help :(?

Allergies.: That sounds like allergies. Nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, headache, facial pains and earache can be triggered by fragrances, dust mites, grass, trees, pets, environmental molds and such. There are outdoor and indoor allergens. See a doctor soon, here or locally, as there are medications that may help. You may also benefit from allergy testing to identify your triggers.
