As long as your doc: says you are fit to do PE don't worry. The normal response to exercise is tearing of muscle fibers and their regrowth, which builds muscle. We also produce lactic acid when we exercise which can burn. Make sure to cool down after PE or walk briskly for about 10 minutes after school to pump out lactic acid. Lots of water too. Overall, you will be healthier in mind & body.Peace and good health.
