Avoid nylon or polyester sleepwear, cotton is best. Apply cornstarch baby powder at bedtime to prevent the rash from occurring. Also use lightweight, cotton bedding only. it is safe to use Hydrocortisone cream 1-2 x/day on the rash to ease the itching.
