Cancer also usually has other signs and symptoms that can include pain (including at rest), no appetite, fever/chills, frequent illnesses, night sweats, organ dysfunction, etc. If concerned about cancer, then a visit to your primary care doctor for a discussion, exam and labs would be wise.
