Tendons: Generally do not repair over time, but muscles can.  If you can strengthen your muscles with physical therapy and exercise program, it might take over some of the shortcomings of your tendons.  See orthopedic surgeon for further advice.

Yes: Most commonly torn is the rotator cuff, which is comprised of 3 muscles at the shoulder joint.  Both acute and chronic tears can cause significant pain.  In many cases, conservative treatment such as physical therapy will suffice.

Cold- first 24-48 hr: followed by local heat plus BioFreeze and Advil or  Aleve if not allergic to NSAIDS. If not relieved, get examined.

No, it can't. : Creatine can help with muscle building and recovery, however it has no effect on tendons. Proper exercise and stretching will help the tendons adjust to greater force requirements.

Probably: This is good choice for patients with shoulder inflammation. Although I can't specifically comment on your case, I often will use celecoxib daily for 2-3 weeks to reduce inflammation. Second, frozen shoulder is a joint capsular problem that can be treated first by rest, nsaids and avoidance of provactive activity, the physical therapy.  Finally, inflammed tendon, treat like sore muscle.
