Need to fix b4 srgry: It will need to be treated prior to surgery- especially the hypokalemia-as it is quite significant.  It may cause significant problems- including arythmia, problem with respiratory muscle etc- if it is not treated.

Both types involve genes affecting proper cardiac muscle contraction. Once the disorder is recognized, proper cardiac care and monitoring usually allows necessary procedures requiring anesthesia to be carried out safely. Proceed in collaboration with your treating Cardiologist.
