Should be safe: I know of no interference between acyclovir and general anesthesia. And if you're being operated on your eyes, face, etc and have a history of oral herpes, you may need the acyclovir to reduce the risk of reactivating your HSV1 infection. But best to check with your surgeon and/or the anesthesiologist.
