With great care: Brugada syndrome, as you know, is a genetic disorder in which the electrical activity within the heart is abnormal. Both types involve genes affecting proper cardiac muscle contraction. Once the disorder is recognized, proper cardiac care and monitoring usually allows necessary procedures requiring anesthesia to be carried out safely. Proceed in collaboration with your treating Cardiologist.
