fell & hurt my head. swelled bad,i looked unrecognizable. had a ct show just frontal scalp hematoma.i have numbness, 1 side body weak, forgetting etc. 1 year later mri showed white matter/t2/flair(vasculitis) i'm 27. could this be caused by the fall?

: A Neurology consult and additional lab and possibly CSF analysis may be helpful. Vasculitis may be caused by a number of conditions. Do you have renal or cardiac conditions? A history of COVID 19 infection may contribute to your symptoms.

hav aracnoid cyst in left temp lobe can this cause episodes of extrem pain on right side of body which move left and when stops leaves whole body weak?

i have problem with back and im sleeping on right side of body for 3 year is it possible that my skull shape is changed i feel like head steam is weak?

No: At your age your skull will not change shape.

wife collapsed. mouth shifted to right side for 30min, couldn't speak confused, weakness right side of body,is this tia n can vasospasm cause it. she admitted hospital since yesterday?

: The label is not important, she appears to have suffered a "mini stroke" whether from vasospasm or a thromboembolic event, she needs to be evaluated. It is good that she is in a hospital where appropriate studies can be done.

Not Likely: It is very unlikely with normal neuro exam and MRI to have nerve damage.And Migraine does not present with numbness,tingling and weakness rt side of body.I suggest you follow up for this with your Neurologist

See your PCP or ER: Your symptoms could be representative of an evolving stroke or a transient ischemic episode (TIA).  TIAs are due to partial blockage of an artery or arteries and sometimes preced a full stroke (wherein there is full blockage). For you to have widespread right side symptoms, one of these if rather likely.  Go to the ER if you can't see your PCP promptly.

Unilateral weakness: Sudden weakness on one side of the body could represent either a transient reversible ischemic event (tia, lasting oly a short time) or it could last for anywhere from 24 hrs to permanent (might be a stroke).  Appropriate evaluation and imaging are essential as quickly as possible.

Could be flu: He could have the flu.  This particular strain of flu this season is more virulent and has become an epidemic this season.  It may take an extended period of time if one is infected.  He should see a primary care doctor to make sure there is nothing else.

Influenza: Go see your Family Doc b/c you may have influenza. Testing can confirm this (or uncover other condition). Some antivirals are available to shorten duration of symptoms but must be taken early on in course of illness (within 48hrs of onset).
