Wife collapsed. mouth shifted to right side for 30min, couldn't speak confused, weakness right side of body,is this tia n can vasospasm cause it. she admitted hospital since yesterday?

The label is not important, she appears to have suffered a "mini stroke" whether from vasospasm or a thromboembolic event, she needs to be evaluated. It is good that she is in a hospital where appropriate studies can be done. Wish you and your wife good health!

Her symptoms do suggest a stroke with other causes still possible, mechanism of which remains to be worked up while in the hospital. Imaging studies should clarify diagnosis and etiology, make sure you discuss with neurologist involved in her case.
