Can using tight eye mask for sleeping cause change in skull/head shape at age above 20?
Had like a throbbing pain back my head right side where your head curves down skull part. Been going on for week but now feels like a sore pain comes and goes. Should I be worried? Could be from sleeping wrong position or serious like a tumor?
