See your PCP or ER: Your symptoms could be representative of an evolving stroke or a transient ischemic episode (TIA). TIAs are due to partial blockage of an artery or arteries and sometimes preced a full stroke (wherein there is full blockage). For you to have widespread right side symptoms, one of these if rather likely. Go to the ER if you can't see your PCP promptly.
