Hi! i have had numbness, tingling, weakness in right side of body, no pain, since dec. mri, blood tests, neuro exam- all normal. smoker but now smoking causes diziness. could it be nerve damage or migraine? thank you!

Not Likely: It is very unlikely with normal neuro exam and MRI to have nerve damage.And Migraine does not present with numbness,tingling and weakness rt side of body.I suggest you follow up for this with your Neurologist
