My 5 y/o has good oral hygiene. today she got a bright red spot on her gums, like a bubble & extra flap of gums. it's irritating her but not extreme.

There a a couple of things that this can be.  If it is behind her last teeth, then it could be a permanent molar erupting and you don't need to worry about this.  If it is anywhere else you should take her to a dentist to have it checked for infection  or abcessed tooth.
Please help your child brush her teeth.  At 5 she still needs to have help brushing and flossing to develop good life long habit.

this needs to be checked by your dentist. may be low grade infection, possibly indication for root canal. then again it may be a simple hemangioma. it is hard to tell with the limited info provided. please check it out!

There's a tiny red spot on my gums in the wisdom tooth area, though i already took it out. it really hurts in that area, what could be wrong?

get checked by a dentist, rule out unresolved infection in the bone associated with the extracted wisdom tooth, or perhaps infection from an adjacent tooth draining to the extraction site.  Alternatively, it could be either bone from the extraction site or even tooth structure that fractured during the extraction.

I have red nerves inside the mouth near gums and uvula also has a red spot on it. also i found pink bumps on the back of my tongue .pls suggest ?

If you feel fine and what you report are incidental findings, everything is probably normal or at least within normal boundaries. The pink bumps are papillae, most likely circumvallate papillae- Google it) and have slight redness on the back of your throat might indicate irritation, allergies, etc. and nothing to be overly concerned about. However, if you're not feeling well, see your physician.

I have a small red spot on my gum near my teeth and i'm worried. i just saw it today in the morning and my gums don't hurt or any thing. gingivitis?

Discreet red spots are not gingivitis.  Make an appointment to see your Dentist in about 14 days.  If the red spots are gone by then, cancel the appointment.  If spots are still present, or if you note any other anomalies,  DO NOT MISS the appointment.  If you're uncomfortable physically or emotionally, see your Dentist now.

Hi, i have a small tender red spot in my mouth on my upper gums it's been lasting for 3 days now , should i go an see a doctor? what could this be?

A tender red spot indicates inflammation or infection.  It could be the result of a bone defect around a tooth, the beginning of a dental abscess, or a sliver of material caught under the gum.  Best to have the area xrayed and diagnosed for the correct treatment.

Unless you are a heavy tobacco abuser, it is not likely to be cancer, however, it is not feasible to say what the lesion may  be, without examining you. You may wish to consult your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Red spot on soft palate .. i'm not sure if it's due to a gum disease or due to oral sex  or drinking ?

The red spot could be caused by any of the things you suggested. Best thing to do would be to visit your dentist if the spot does not disappear within 5-7 days and have the dentist check it out.

Sounds like you had a small collection of blood. Should be no problem, However it sounds like your wisdom tooth is at least partially impacted. See an oral surgeon for advice about wisdom teeth removal.
