146 lbs: The people's choice (http://www.Halls.Md/ideal-weight/body.Htm) ideal weight for you would be 146 lbs.  However, a weight 114-150 lbs would allow for a body mass index (bmi) range of 19-25. Medical evidence suggests that all body weights within this range are reasonably equally healthy (for people of your height). Outside this range, health risks may occur.

Height, No: There is no medication or supplement that will increase height in an adult.  There are several supplements that can increase weight, generally by increasing calorie intake.

At 19, you have likely gone through most of puberty and had most of your growth in height.  It is possible that you may still grow, but it will be a cm or less.

: Body mass index is calculated based on height and weight with the normal range 20-25. There are many online calculators that can be used to assess BMI, you will have to input your height as well.

Touch base with a dietician, then get involved heavily in the fitness culture, relearning how to eat and do aerobic fitness; make new friends who will guide you when they see you're trying. You can't really be : 1.7 cm !. I am assuming you are almost  5 feet 6 inches (; that you meant meters).  A smack dab in the middle weight would be 63 kg with upper limits being 69 kg. To lose weight you need to exercise and watch calories with a healthy nutrition plan.

Dimensions: That would make you 5 foot and 101 pounds. Your BMI is 20 and this is appropriate for your height and weight. I would concentrate on a weight lifting regime to maintain increased lean muscle. Also remember we are all dimensions we are to be.  Great 5 foot people include Napolean, Jose ortiz (jockey) and Mithch Gaylord (gymnast). I can see Njabulo on that list too!

Fitness: Your height's probably determined at your age with your epiphyses closed. Photo guy is steve mcqueen, sexiest and most envied man of his generation at 5'6" and among the first hollywood leads to exercise. You want lean muscle so do not overeat. Get to the gym and do resistance and aerobic work joyfully and as much as you can. You'll get a fantastic body regardless of your height.

59-77K: Find an image of a "BMI chart" online. This calculates weight based on height. It is imprecise because it includes both men and women in the same chart. You will see that for a 177 cm person, the "normal weight" range is from about 59 to 77 kilos. Hope that helps.
