Fitness: Your height's probably determined at your age with your epiphyses closed. Photo guy is steve mcqueen, sexiest and most envied man of his generation at 5'6" and among the first hollywood leads to exercise. You want lean muscle so do not overeat. Get to the gym and do resistance and aerobic work joyfully and as much as you can. You'll get a fantastic body regardless of your height.

Eat, eat, eat.: You can gain calories by just eating more food. People tend to gain weight with meat because it's more calorie-dense than other foods, but you'd gain more weight by just eating more of less calorie-dense foods. Just keep it healthy - there's a difference between gaining muscle weight and just getting fat. And exercise as well, so you gain lean mass and not just get fat. Height is predetermined.

Protein: You will only reach the height that your genetics intend. But, given you are still so young and will grow more this can be helped with very good daily amounts of protein in your diet with good calcium as well.
