120-150 pounds: See the weight chart. Anywhere between 120 (low end) and 150 (high end) are healthy weights for your height. Just losing 10 pounds (5% of your body weight) will have a very positive affect on your long term health. Start with a smaller goal and keep going till you get there. Add in physical activity for added health bonus!
