May need: See rheumatologist to better evaluate this.  Sometimes labs can be negative with sjogren's  and sometimes we have to consider minor salivary gland biopsies to confirm the diagnosis.

No and no: Lyme is spread to humans by tick bites.

Dry eye: Dry eye can not be cured but can be treated.  It is treated with artificial tears during the day, ointment at night, warm compresses, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements.  If no improvement, you may need to see an eye doctor for prescription meds and/or punctal plugs.

Possibly: The dry eye and mouth may be symptoms of either primary or secondary sjogren's syndrome. Raynauds can also be seen in sjogren's or other connective tissue disorders. If possible, see a rheumatologist.

Macular : Macular degeneration is a serious condition that requires frequent follow up with an eye specialist called an ophthalmologist. If your child is not under care, then you should have him evaluated right away. Dry eyes and pain could mean an infection, and this would require treatment with a prescription medication. In the meantime for the dryness he is experiencing over the counter artificial tears can be used.
As far as your comment about being a sad mother, i think you may also benefit from seeking care from a therapist or mental health provider for evaluation and treatment.

Depends: Depends on how severe your dry eye is. If it is mild-moderate, often the surgeon will optimize your dry eye prior to the procedure. If it is severe you may not be a good candidate as severe dry eye can be exacerbated by lasik. See a good lasik specialist for evaluation to determine if you are a good candidate.
