I was dignosied with chronic iritis, raynaud's disease, chronic dry eyes. possible sjogrens syndrome. all blood work came normal what should do?

May need: See rheumatologist to better evaluate this. Sometimes labs can be negative with sjogren's and sometimes we have to consider minor salivary gland biopsies to confirm the diagnosis.

Eye MD: From an eye perspective, you need to be treated by an eye md. The iritis needs to be managed. The dry eyes, even if not due to sjogren's, should be treated aggressively now, given how young you are. Restasis eye drops should certainly be considered. And if you have meibomitis (a condition that makes dry eyes worse), that should be treated as well.
