"radiating pain": If refers to radiating pain from a specific nerve distribution - usually from an upper region to a lower region, i.e. Back down th leg, or neck to the arm or shoulder. .  Each nerve carries a signal (and pain) to a specific anatomic location.  (compare to a sprained ankle that can be diffusely painful and numb rather than focally numb and painful in one location.

Not really: Depending your dose and the formulation.  If you are using a long acting morphine then there is no stronger form.  However, you could have break though pain.  Talk with your doctor.

Back pain: Back pain may be from a variety of conditions. Most commonly, a ruptured disc causes impingement of the nerve root. Sacroiliac joint inflammation can mimic a herniated disc too. Try anti-inflammatory medication, ice, and stretching. If the pain persists for more than a week then seek attention with a neurosurgeon/neurologist to determine the cause of the back pain and formulate a treatment

Back pain: In my opinion, pain medications at this early age are not the answer. Please get proper evaluation by a physician to find out any treatable cause. Most back pain can be successfully managed without drugs. I am sure you may not like this answer, but that is an honest answer. Stay fit and active. Swimming is best. Good luck...

OTC analgesics: You need evaluation of your back. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and nsaids have less potential for dependency than opiods.

Nsaids and non-nsaid: The most common over the counter pain medicines are Ibuprofen, naproxyn, aspirin (these are NSAIDS) and Tylenol (acetaminophen). In general any of these medicines can be used to treat pain. In general if you have a pain that does not go away it is a good idea to be evaluated again or feel free to get a second opinion.
